Red Rhino Car Wash

I love red rhino car wash. I had a monthly membership at a different place up the road but did not always get car clean. I tried this drive through once and it came out so well, I immediately bought a monthy membership. On the occasion that I do it myself in one of the bays, they are always very clean, staff is always friendly if there's ever a problem they take care of it fast and seem to actually care about the customer. Not only a great wash but great people that run a business the right way. An issue I had today was resolved by River, an awesome worker that was there at the Trenton Road location. I owe her a big thank you for assisting me today. She was so professional, outgoing, hard working, a pleasure to interact with and easy to look at! If ever you happen to read this, the Red Rhino company is lucky to have you! Keep up the great work and I can't way to come back

I hate to leave a poor review, because other times I’ve been to one of these locations I’ve been highly satisfied, but it seems like many of the nozzles stopped spraying halfway through my wash, so my car still had a lot of soap left on it. Also the spotless rinse didn’t appear to have anything coming out of the nozzles, not like the other locations I’ve been to. Very disappointing getting the highest wash package and having a seemingly defective system with no way to report it or have any kind of fix. There isn’t a way for me to leave a direct complaint so I have to put it here..

You’d never think that a self serve car wash has excellent customer service. But, I’m here to tell you, Red Rhino has amazing customer service. Had an issue at one location on NYE. I wasn’t expecting to hear back from them until Friday at the earliest given the holiday. I didn’t even pull out of the location parking lot before I got a call from Carlos. He explained what happened and how red rhino would rectify the issue. Really nice and I do feel he went above and beyond I didn’t catch the woman’s name I spoke with today about finalizing the solution. Went to the location across Marie’s cozy corner, and finished up the transaction with Steve. Steve. Out there waiting for me in the cold to show up. We chatted for a bit while I was waiting for a car to finish going through. When I was leaving, Steve stopped me and loaded me up with some car wash items on my way out All this today, all three people I dealt with were all polite, personable, and overall just kind In all my years of using their locations I have never needed it, but when I did, they showed up and showed out, and I appreciate great customer service, which they more than supplied Thank you all, and happy new year to t

Not that great paid for the highest wash package no real water pressure truck was still dirty and foggy. I'd definitely go if I took my truck through a little bit of mud and just get a rinse but if you're looking for a shiny vehicle afterwards it's definitely not worth the highest package waste of money could've done a better job at home with a hose no soap and a bath towel

Kind of let down... went last week to try the basic wash and it barely got the dirt off. I thought maybe I needed to splurge for the 12 dollar wash. I was excited to try this since i wanted to sign up for the monthly wash. Again, i was let down. Dirt and fingerprints still clear as day.
